We offer home visits from Monday to Friday.
For non-emergencies, a visit usually occurs between the hours of 11.00-15.00 on the scheduled date.
Although we cannot guarantee an exact time, nor a specific vet, we are usually able to accommodate your preferences.
A call or text is sent approximately 20 minutes before we leave the practice, so you know we are on our way. Payment is typically taken over the phone, by one of our customer care team.
We can usually examine your pet at home, perform vaccinations, boosters, flea and worming treatments. However, there are some things we cannot do during a home visit, so, if agreed, we can take your pet to the clinic, for further tests or treatment, should this be required.
Whenever possible, we advise to come into the clinic for your visit, where there are better facilities (and extra hands, if needed), for examinations. There is a limit on what we can do during a home visit, especially in an emergency, but we will always do our best to provide the best level of care possible.
