Transport

We offer a complimentary transport service for pets who are having elective procedures or treatment at our hospital in Surbiton. This service is also available between our practices and clinics. For example, occasionally the Ripley Team may use the more extensive clinical facilities and equipment at our Cobham practice.

Our transport service ensures your pet arrives with us safely and with minimal stress. We will call you when your pet arrives at the hospital and if you don’t already know them, we will introduce the team. Whenever possible, we try to provide continuity of care with the same team, however your pet may be under the extended care of one of our specialists, depending on the condition or treatment needed. We want to provide reassurance that your pet is in good hands, and for you to know the team responsible for their care, during their visit or stay with us.

Our hospital team provides 24hr care for our patients, so your pet will stay with us until they are better and well enough to return home.
